DENSITY TECHNOLOGY
– Machines for sorting dry bulk material
TST density sorting machines are impressive thanks to their highly efficient processes and results in separating dry bulk and raw materials with different densities. The materials, which should not exceed a certain moisture content, are separated according to their specific weight and shape.
Operating principle:
The inlet deposits the material to be separated on the vibration-driven separation table. The inclination of the filter can be adjusted. Air is passed through the material from below to separate the light fractions from the heavy ones. Depending on table movement, inclination and air flow, the heavier fractions are transported up the table to the heavy fraction outlet and the lighter fractions down to the light fraction outlet. The power of the pressure blower and the vibration speed can be controlled electronically. The process ensures a high quality of your end products.
The air is cleaned via a downstream filter unit and can be returned to the machine (air circulation).

Depending on the individual application or the material to be disassembled, there are different versions of wear material for the device, e.g. HARDOX, PU, stainless steel.

Operating principle:
Via the inlet to the VLT, the material to be separated is deposited on a vibrating distribution screen that continuously distributes the material over the entire working width of the machine. Two separation tables, which can be adjusted in terms of frequency and deflection, among other things, then separate the input materials, for example by specific weight and shape.
New standards are set with minimal installed capacity and high throughput. The principle is based on pure mechanical sorting without sensors or similar components. The separation of individual materials is completely independent of their moisture content. The complete machine is controlled via a PLC and can easily be integrated into existing processes.

Wind sieve sorting
– For different applications
This air classification technology is an integral part of a total of two machine programs designed for different sorting processes. The technology allows you to efficiently separate bulk and raw materials of different weights and sizes.
It is always possible to have a practical test of your material so we can define and put together the most optimal process technology for your specific needs.
Operating principle:
The material to be separated is fed into the chute of the cross-flow separator via a vibrating conveyor and distributed over the entire cross-section of the separator. The sieve air generated by the blower flows through the sieve horizontally across the entire width of the machine, where the feed material is deflected and thus separated according to its specific weight.
The material with a higher density sinks faster due to the higher gravity and is discharged via the outlet. Medium-weight products are deflected and discharged by the horizontally directed airflow. Lightweight products are caught by the airflow and separated by the suction.
The separations are controlled by air flaps, the location of the injection channel and the airflow. The wind screen can be operated in both exhaust air and recirculation mode. The discharged air is cleaned by a downstream filter system or a cyclone separator.

Operating principle:
The material to be separated reaches the zigzag screen via a rotary valve and is distributed over the entire cross-section of the screening channel. The screening air generated by the fan flows through the screen from bottom to top and separates the bulk material.
At each bend in the separator channel, the product must cross the airflow and then hits the opposite wall of the separator. The material with a higher density sinks downwards in the sorting channel due to gravity. The light material is sucked out of the sorting channel by the upward airflow.
The fan air speed is adjusted using the frequency converter on site. For maintenance and repair work, the zigzag screen has maintenance doors on both sides and the rotating feeders have maintenance openings.
The depth of the wind screen is adjustable and can be operated in both exhaust air and recirculation mode. The discharged air is cleaned by a downstream filter system or a cyclone separator.

Screening technology
– Screening machines for grading
In screening technology, we have different series of screening machines with different screening surfaces that are suitable for screening bulk materials of different grain sizes such as sand, gravel, crushed stone or rubble. To ensure high-quality screening during processing and to remove contaminants, the material should not exceed a certain moisture level and should also be pourable material.
The efficiency of all our screening machines and screening plants meet the increasing quality requirements for industrial recycling as well as our personal demands. Different types of screening machines are available for different applications.
Operating principle:
The material to be screened is fed into a free-swinging screen box via a distribution device. This is suspended on steel ropes in a robust steel frame and made dust-tight. The screens can be pulled out from the front at all levels of the screening layer. The length of the screening layer is divided into segments. This results in a minimal space requirement for changing sieves.
The continuous sieve cleaning is based on a ball bottom cleaning. The coating ranges from coarse perforated plates to fine mesh fabrics. The sieve surface is kept open by rubber ball cleaning. The screen box is made to vibrate horizontally by an electric drive.
As a special feature, the sieve shaker has external sieve drains that enable very good accessibility.
The screen can also be connected to an aspiration system. Optional lifts and magnets are available for direct attachment.

Operating principle:
The material to be screened, for example, is transported to the roller screen via conveyor belt, distributor screw or vibrating chute. Depending on the requirements of the job, the screening machine is designed with different equipment. For example, a screening of three different grain sizes is also possible. Depending on the version, the screening machine is driven by several geared motors.
The speed can be adjusted using a frequency converter. The individual screening rollers are connected to each other with chains. If there are several geared motors, screening can take place at different speeds. This enables targeted screening of the material over the entire length.
The shafts with stars or disks can be replaced individually and access is possible via smart maintenance openings.
Options:
The sun can be designed with PU stars or disks in mild steel, HARDOX or stainless steel.
